White minivan, young woman driver, attempted to pass me on the right shoulder at least twice: exit ramp from I-95 to Academy/Linden Roads and again on State Road at a light. On Route 13 North, at the light before the I-95 exit, she turned into a parking on a red light and cut me off as I went through the light when it turned green, in spite of having a yield. She exited on Woodhaven right before me, but bore right to Franklin Mills as I proceeded West. She seemed determined to pass me, even though she was far behind when we were in moving traffic. Spite, I suppose.

Going to kill someone. Flew up behind my car, with my 3 children in it. I'm an EMT, the way he drives I might be picking him up later.

This driver has her windows so dark she can't even see cars coming down the road.. she pulls right out in front of people , then tail gates them.. her windows are so dark I can't believe the police allow her to get away with this .. it obviously is a safety issue ..
