Saturday night deiving on a road with heavy deer population. I am going the speed limit when the speed racer in his POS Hyundai comes up behind me and rides my bumper for about a mile. I see in the distance deer crossing the road so I have to hit my brakes and this guy lays on his horn and keeps rising me. Come to the road where I need to take a left but he decides to cross a double yellow line to try to pass me on the right. He sees my blinker to go left and serves back to the right, passes me and lays on his horn while flying by. if this kid doesn't end up in the hospital tonight, it will be a miracle... What a major league a-hole.

One of the worse driver's I have ever been on the road with. Would pass on a double yellow, swerved recklessly to try to get past, tailgated terribly, and went straight through a red light. Terrible driver. Recommend retaking the test. Williamsport area.
