The picture says it all. This driver was clearly too lazy to clean the snow off their car before driving on city streets. Not only can't they see out the rear window, that snow/ice could fly off at any time, hitting anyone driving right behind them!

Terrible driver. Made a left turn across oncoming traffic, swerved into our lane and cut us off. Then gave us the middle finger when we passed at the stop light a quarter mile down the road.

Psychopath! He blocked my car from parking into the spot I was waiting for 5 mins. He said he doesn’t care how long I waited. Dude has issues and clearly no morals.
