The picture says it all. This driver was clearly too lazy to clean the snow off their car before driving on city streets. Not only can't they see out the rear window, that snow/ice could fly off at any time, hitting anyone driving right behind them!

Terrible driver. Made a left turn across oncoming traffic, swerved into our lane and cut us off. Then gave us the middle finger when we passed at the stop light a quarter mile down the road.

VERY SCARY. I feel like I could have died Jan 16 when this car swerved around me to exit the freeway before me going to Richmond/Rosenburg Texas. I'm thinking it had to be teenager - surely no adult would drive so reckless. All I can say is look out.
