The majority of the people on this page are here to harass this person for kidnapping someone, but I am hear to tell you this isn't the correct license plate. If you guys actually did the research, you guys would know there is an identical plate in TEXAS that has linked info to a Toyota Tundra (according to https://www.searchquarry.com).

Engine: 5.7L V8 EFI
This can either mean (about) two things.
1. The kidnapper and the victim both live in the Texas area (since the number on the social media post has a 361 area code)
2. The "kidnapper" and the "victim" are both the same person.
Both could be plausible solutions, but in the end both solutions have NOTHING to do with THIS SPECIFIC LICENSE PLATE OR PERSON.
Point of the story: Please do research on stuff you see on the internet before you point fingers at people and accuse them of stuff they have nothing to do with.

And the license is Pennsylvania so why would someone form the top the United States would come down and kidnap a little boy??? And I’m sorry if he is a kidnapped I just don’t believe you because my dad is a police officer and he tracks phone and people all the time and it sounds like you just want to be famous or attention.
