4pm traffic on the access road. It's stop and go traffic and 2 lanes. For a moment the road becomes wider because this area is under construction. He comes flying to behind me just to get 1 spot closer to the stoplight.
No reason to do this, I end up being behind him for the next 10 minutes because there is literally no other exit point until the on ramp.

cut off multiple people in front, and have to put in emergency breaks while speeding on the highway.
