I heard the driver listening to a audio and there was moaning involved. It was a young girl in the audio and she was speaking as if she was giving instructions and moaning as she talked. Whats up with that am curious!

Vehicle seen loitering in neighborhood. Casing house with garage door open. When approached driver sped off. Occupants left fast food garbage in pile next to car. (thew out their window). - 2 Black Males.

I am seeing this number with a lot of complaint in Harriet Creek. Using bad sign language and creating a disturbance with other drivers. If he runs up against some one else with that hate it could cause serious trouble.

This driver is an absolute HORROR on the streets. I have never been so terrified to drive near a car in my life, and I have been driving over 10 years. This particular driver was trying to race me, I was having none of it because I just want to get home. Then, the driver shined its brights on me the whole time especially through the most busy street in Irving. I should have called the police.

This person is an awful unsafe driver. Should be ashamed of their driving especially with kids in the car
