White Jeep SUV, Grand Prairie, TX, black female driver & black male passenger, passenger threw out a box of Chicken Express out the window at intersection of 161 & I-20. Dallas Sheriff Courtesy Patrol directly beside them. DCS got their license plate, so hopefully they're ticketed for it!

This POS black guy stops in traffic and throws stuff and yells at this innocent lady, telling her he's going to kick her ass, because he couldn't cut in front of her. I saw him almost run her off the road because he was in a turn only lane but wanted to go straight.

The copilot of the car came out with no respect and hit my car. She left and as that, i knew it was a hit and run which she did not come up to me.
