2 latins without a license, driving a work truck, dumped a load of brick in traffic and on the side of my car. Neither produced a drivers license, but did have Texas IDs.

This person refused to drive the speed limit or use their signal lights. They were going way too slow for the highway and would switch lanes unexpectedly, which could have caused accidents. After a while, you could tell they were going slow on purpose just to make a statement that they could do whatever they want in their orange and black sports car. They were completely inconsiderate of other drivers and their safety.

Man all I know is I saw her leave my friend's house to go smash her. I still havent met her yet.
