Went missing yesterday since 10am, near Bellaire blvd and 1464. He is diabetic with dementia...please comment if you know his where about. Big thanks!

Good Samaritan to catch this heartless act in action and be the voice for these dogs. Suspect turned herself in, but driver and rude passenger are just as heartless aiding in this act and should be charged as well. They should get some fine for bad behavior and lack of any compassion.
