This Black Audi kindly gestured to roll down the window and seamed to give warning or ask some directions, but when the window rolled down he sware the hell out and sped away.

They didn’t stop on a stop sign at highway exit intersection It was work sone and it was also heavy raining we couldn’t see anything and they just came in-front of us without stopping.
