This guy slammed on his brakes and got out of his car on the freeway to harass me and take pictures of me and my license plate, all because I merged into his lane to get around a stalled car. Police report filed!

This crazy driver is passing people on double yellow lines, on hills with poor visibility, on right side where there’s a shoulder, cutting corners, traveling at excessive speed +75mph regardless of speed limit through city . Seen her 3 times while on hwy 46 from Boerne/Kendall county thru Bulverde towards New Braunfels .
