Blazing through stop signs in a neighborhood. The only stop sign they actually stopped at was one where there was a cop on the opposite side.

Drives reckless and endangers lives. Passes in no passing, drives on shoulder to pass. Runs stop signs.

Violent, incourteous, unneighborly driver viciously assaulted an elderly man, blocking the man from driveway. His wife egged on the situation and neither had brains enough to communicate. Both comminted assault. The woman was either fat and/or pregnant. If pregnant she endangered her unborn child by physically assaulting the man.

This guy nearly caused three accidents in a 3 mile stretch of I225 in southeast Houston. One time, he nearly ran an 18-wheeler off the road, just to harass someone in the fast lane that was ruining his day.. He happened to exit at the same time as I did, so I followed him into his building parking lot. I took these two pictures of his car. As I was exiting the building parking lot, he tried to run me into other cars with his own car. He then followed me for another mile and eventually pulled alongside me and flashed what looked like a police badge. I held my phone up again like I was taking more pictures and he quickly zipped over three lanes and turned.
