This driver turned right at a stop light in front of me. I was doing 50 in a 55 and he pulled right out as I crossed through my green light. When I naturally got close to him because I had to slow down in order to avoid hitting him he stomped on his breaks, causing me to have to do the same. Luckily I didn't hit him, but by the way he tried to "escape" my "chase" (I didn't chase him, I was just on my commute), I assume he knows he's in the wrong. Avoid this damaged white Camry at all costs.

Speeding through apartment complex and passing other drivers. Pulled out in front of traffic.

Under the influence, just crashes through a 7/11 window and fled the scene.
