It was Halloween night and I was trying to drive to Harpers Ferry, WV, so I merged to the left lane and then this woman in a blue Civic honked at me for a long time, reversed her car, and rammed me from behind. Forgetting to put my seat belt on made it worse. This ho deserves to be in the slammer!

This lady slammed on her brakes in the middle of the road, without provocation, causing me to rear-end her.

Came to chevron gas station in NRH at Starnes and Davis super tweaked out on meth or some other heavy drugs. Harrassed customers and begged for gas money while pacing around acting lost and frantic. Spent money on mcdonalds and left, driver waiting for him seemed sober but he kept whispering about and hiding from "under cover police" that werent present at all.

The woman driving this vehicle is absolutely awful. I was going down the road and she pulled out in front of me and then she had the gall to say that I was "looking for a problem" even though her incompetent self could not even realize, understand, and follow the simple rule of looking before making a turn. She's a psycho and you should get as far away as possible from this vehicle if you see her.
