Very rude and threatening also un chained our private property chain and came up driveway.. when confronted he became very beligerant and threatened me.. I am a disabled woman and was very frightened

So this person was on her phone driving with her kid and pissed at me cause I was apparently driving to close to her while she was holding up traffic.

Hit and Run, tail gating, road rage, aggresive, he hit the rear bumper of my car, the reversed and speed off.
