Saw this guy on I-20 East near Cheniere, LA at around 12:45PM CST on 10/12/18. He was going about 15 MPH over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic, and throwing trash out of his car all at the same time.

This chick-e-poo has the nerve to tell at me telling me to calm down when I simply ask her what the license plate was on her car because there was not one plated on either the back nor front. Barbies bf was driving and I suspect he was on drugs or tipsy bc right after little ol missy grabs the license plate out of the car, it was in an envelope. She then said she will be right back but then tells her wanna be baller bf to get the hell out of there because they took off like a drag racer around the corner. I'm a witness and passenger, my wife was driving. If anyone can identify this blonde let me know in the comments.

Beat Up Box truck with the license plate purposely covered by the license plate frame. Driving in and out of the Texpress lanes cutting people off this morning westbound on 635 10-10-18 at 8am. Called 911 on your butt. Keep it up. We'll get you. No telling what they will find once you're pulled over... give us another reason.

This guy who drove a silver ford suddenly changed from the right lane to the center turning lane and immediately stopped there. It almost caused an accident. It happened at 620 North, Austin on 10/6/2018.
