Gentlemen driving car sped up to cut off 3 people merging onto highway then proceeded to brake check and hold up traffic at stoplights. Was driving dealership vehicle at the time.

Washington License Plate AYL4259 volkswagon Jetta hit and runs parked car. The driver knew they did wrong, so they left and parked their car at a different spot further up which the video shows.

Turning from the inside lane to the outside lane in a double lane left turn at the Corner of Maple St and File Mile Road. It made no sense either because when the right lane went away a couple blocks later you had to go back into the left lane that you should have turned into.
