Based on the plate number it is a Murcury Monterey but the video is of a Ford Pickup Truck.
I think the Video needs to be reviewed by the Cops and the truck owner Arrested and cited.
Arrested for attempted assault with a deadly weapon and Crossing a double yellow line.
