This female driver was driving like a maniac at approximately 8:30 am in Pasadena, CA. She tailgated and cut in front of many other cars. Many other drivers, including myself, moved into other lanes to avoid her and to let her pass. However, i'm not sure why she flipped us off when we did. I suspect she might be under the influence. Hope she understands the danger she causes on the road and takes necessary corrective actions.
