heading north into Saratoga on hwy 9 and came up on a minivan (going the speed limit) just outside of Saratoga. As you know, this stretch of road is full of blind, tight corners and has a double yellow line down the middle for a reason. So I started to slow down in order to leave a safe space between us. All of the sudden, a blue Volkswagen Golf came up on me very fast. Not only did he pass me on a blind corner, across a double yellow, but he squeezed himself in between me and the minivan, then quickly did the same unsafe maneuver to the minivan before he sped off. I was in such shock I honked at him. If somebody was heading the opposite direction, he could have killed us all. As I continued my trip, I came upon him at a stop light outside of Saratoga. Not only did he risk us all, but it proved that he didn't gain ANY time by doing so. I have never posted on this site before, but after reading about the fatal accident on hwy 9 later that day, I felt I needed to. I will post pics of the driver below. He is a white male, bearded, probably in his 30's. If anybody knows him, please ask him to pass where it is safe, and not risk the lives of us all. I understand the desire to go fast, but not when you risk the lives of others.
