a residential road with speed limit 30... ok... but road is under construction, has holes, plates, trenches, traffic, pedestrians and you... who cant seem to understand why i was going 20.. i saw you jumping up and down, screaming with fingers out the window, trying to pass me on the right of a 2 lane road. YOU ARE A CRAZY BITCH! Middletown/Meriden area on Rt 66.
