The First Amendment does not cover any sort of speech that is meant to incite violence. He has kill all Muslims on his vehicle and is driving around quite proud of this. This is not protected by his his first amendment rights. This is wrong and he should be held accountable

Giving a person the middle finger is no Different then calling someone a dumb ass. It is not calling for a violent act to be perpetrated on another person. Therefor it is protected under the first amendment. Telling others to kill or harm someone is calling them to commit a criminal act that is not protected under the first amendment because it is meant to elicit violence on a person or group of people. In other word trying to incite a riot against a person or group of people through incendiary speech and you can not incite a riot with your first amendment rights AGAINST ANT PERSON OR GROUP OF PEOPLE no matter you beliefs. You can call them name flip them off grab your crotch at them call them names all you want and not violate the first amendment. But instant you say kill him or them beat them or harm them in any way you are inciting a riot and calling for others to do harm to a person or group of people and that is not covered under your first amendment rights. Because that is called inciting a riot.

Giving somebody including law-enforcement the middle finger is protected by free-speech get better legal advice. All it takes is one criminal complaint I have done that!
To all you gop losers The sticker is equal to yelling fire in a crowded movie theater that is against the law you cannot advocate violence against another person that is a legal threat! Keep your eye out he will be arrested soon! Just like that other loser in Florida the drug the shark behind his boat he ended up paying the price just like this loser will. How do you know what actions will incite violence? Only actually inciting it is seen as illegal. You actually have to tell someone to commit a violent act. This is a cheap way of banning speech you don't like. It would make the First Amendment hollow. This is not an example of incitement. Because you don't like something does not entail its being illegal.
Of course, anti-Trump protest over the last year have a) been overtly violent and b) have blatantly told people to kill Trump might actually be examples of incitement!
