My husband and I were driving on I-95 traveling north in Maine on 6/19 and a white man in his 40's driving a brand new black GMC Sierra with these plates tried running us off in the passing lane doing around 100 miles per hour. Then when he successfully got in front of us in the passing lane, he slammed on his brakes at high speed trying to get us to rear end him. This guy was acting like a complete asshole and bully. He was bullying other cars on the road too... Cutting them off at high speeds with no indicator. He could have caused a deadly pile up. He had no regard for human life whatsoever.
