I first noticed the car in front of me (subject vehicle) swerving all over the road. The car would cross over the center line into the oncoming lane, then correct back, cross over the shoulder until the tires would go off the shoulder and hit the gravel, then repeat. The car was also varying speed by 10+ mph. When safe, I passed the car, she had a book on the steering wheel and was reading while driving. I was in front of her for many miles, able to view her from my mirror, while the reckless driving continued, swerving from one side of the road to the other. When 212 turned into 2 lanes she passed me, as she passed me she now had her phone on the steering wheel and was staring at the phone, continuing to swerve recklessly, and not pay attention to the road, or the safety of those around her. Luckily, those around her (including myself) were aware of their surroundings, and she did not cause an accident, TODAY. If this type of distracted driving continues, I hope I do not read about her on the news killing someone because of driving distracted; so I felt the urge to pass this information along. Thank you.
