This dude made a quick glance to his rear view mirror and slammed on his brakes when the car in front of him stopped to make a left turn and therefore almost caused me to rear end him. Someone must teach him not to do something like that again before he actually does do it again.
I get what you mean. A lack of focus and attention to the road in front of you can lead to a serious and perhaps unexpected accident. For example, your “quick glance” towards something else other than the road in front of you will prevent you from dealing with anything unexpected that’s about to happen. Also, if you see someone braking in front of you, don’t wait and/or slam on your brakes, but please react quickly in order to avoid rear-ending them. It turns out to me that “this dude” has disregarded these rules, which is both concerning and dangerous at the exact time.
