This mf was on 95 north and wasn't using their signal while changing lanes and made me hit a barrier on a curve where they're doing construction. Also skimmed my car. AND they wouldn't pull over with me to check the damage. They sped off instead. Even tho I followed them AND beeped AND flashed my lights at them AND we were at a stoplight together. They suck.
