This asshole was doing at least 80 down Jericho, was about an inch from my bumper and turned on his brights because I wouldn't speed up.. Then proceeded to cut me off and slow down to 20ish, then twice when I changed lanes swerved in front of me and hit the brakes, I almost crashed.. I then just decided to stay behind him for a while..when I had to get into a left turn lane and he realized I wasn't going straight as he was, he stopped in the middle of Jericho and followed me with his brights on and up my ass... I didn't feel comfortable going home so as I was driving aimlessly he finally pulled off somewhere.. what a psycho.. I tried getting a photo of his plates but I was shaking too hard. Luckily I wrote his plate number down
