Roadside assistance vehicle, clearly. The guy kept cutting people off over solid white lines. Took this lovely picture and the guy went crazy. He started throwing trash at my car and swerving into my lane. He also decided to flick me off as I went into a turning lane. Class A northern Virginian driver.... we all know what the "a" stands for.
