To the person who reported this driver.
Are you sue that you didn't come up from behind the owner of this vehicle to try to shove your way in at the last minute in an attempt to cut them off while failing to YIELD the RIGHT OF WAY.

This driver would not let me merge when I was already ahead of him with my blinker on while driving on Juanita Drive in Kirkland, sped around me and cut me off. I was stuck behind him for a while due to traffic and he was constantly looking at his phone and not paying attention. If you see an orange Mazda MX5 Speedster with this plate, be careful around them.
