It's enough to include link to photo or youtube or facebook movie into comment's content in order to attach them to the comment
Original poster has SERIOUS ERROR in license plate. It is ADZ4225 in the video and not AZZ4225 as posted. This is yet another example of why eyewitness accounts are often thrown out of court when defense lawyers show the witness has a history of making typographical or observation errors. The lawyer doesn't need to prove the witness is wrong; only needs to show that there is reasonable doubt that the witness is an accurate observer.
