Driving behind this chick earlier. Could see her in her rearview mirror constantly looking at her phone. Literally looking at the road for half a second then back to her phone for a few seconds. She’s bouncing off the lane lines, struggling to drive.

This inconsiderate a-hole drove past a line of cars at the pharmacy and pulled right in front of me, blocking me from following the car in front of me when it drove away.
This person threatened my wife and I by cutting us off and almost caused me to crash. He also stuck his head out yelling profanity and flipping us off with his finger. He looked like if he had a gun he would of shot us. This happened on 6/1/2019. I don't want to leave my name in fear of my life.
