Cut me off coming up to a red light going downhill with barely a car length inbetween me and the next car. Had to slam on my brakes to avoid crashing into her. Then began to fluff her hair in the mirror at the light completely oblivious

Parks in 3 spaces. Another driver calls him out when he did it and he said "I'm tired of people hitting my car". Parking like this makes people want to hit your car.

Didn’t turn on headlights on the freeway until about an hour after dark. Came inches from rear ending me every time I braked at all. Swerved into the emergency lane repeatedly. Could be seen looking around car for something during a stop on the freeway. Not a good dog Brett.
