Anyone rolling coal should be able to be reported and ticketed for emissions violations. As well as a mark on their license. If the driver reads this know that no one finds you cool, respectable or even intelligent for ruining the air we all breath. Take your ass to China and breathe deep because that is the future you are trying to force on us. If you want to talk the talk than walk the walk coward.
