I am writing as a deeply concerned and frightened mother regarding a serious safety issue in our neighborhood. Over the past several days, I have witnessed a red Honda Civic being driven in an extremely reckless and dangerous manner on our residential streets.
The driver frequently speeds well above the safe limit, accelerates aggressively, and appears to have little regard for stop signs or the presence of pedestrians. This behavior is especially alarming because our neighborhood is full of young children who regularly play outside, ride bikes, and walk along these same streets.
As a parent, it is terrifying to think about how quickly a situation like this could turn tragic. A child could easily be struck if this reckless driving continues. It feels like it is only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt or worse.
I urge the appropriate authorities to take this matter seriously and increase monitoring or enforcement in the area before a preventable accident occurs. Our community should be a safe place for families, and right now, that sense of safety is being threatened.

Arizona law is that slower traffic keep right. But lots of people behave poorly if there isn't police around, especially if they are illegal immigrants (hit and run plague).
There was a car similar to this one that a young guy got into after running out of Safeway about 9:45 pm recently when I was in the parking lot, the young man was stealing and had some items he was dropping while running to the car with the get away driver. One item was scented laundry beads that are 10$ a piece, as told to me while night manager was picking up, amongst a few other items. They drove off towards the exit by Chase bank and humble pie than turned right.
Oh my gosh I just realized the license plate. I memorized it when I was behind him the other day. The car was speeding a driving so bad I spotted it and was like “what” that car needs to be quarantined
