Silver Toyota Corolla, Hispanic driver. Seems to think his brake pedal is his accelerator pedal! Slammed on his brakes for no reason *ten* times. Then when one of his kids stuck their foot out the window he pulls off their shoe and starts messing with it. Get him off the road please!
