Blocked my path, got out of his car, and yelled to stop following him. Claimed I have been following him all week NO idea who that guy is but he's prob a schizophrenic. He shouldn't be driving

Grey Kia crossover/SUV turned left when it wasn't clear at Costco at Broadway and Oxford in Chula Vista and blocked traffic both ways. make sure the way is clear before you enter an intersection!
