CRV has been parked in front of my house in Seattle for two months. The city has suspended reporting vehicles parked more than 72 hours, but I wonder if it was stolen and dumped here.

Nearly caused an accident by brake checking a guy for honking after he cut them off to begin with, then flips him off.

Pulled in front of me and was close to hitting my bumper then he hits his brakes causing me to have to brake very hard. He then proceeds to flip me off. Then he starts motioning for a right turn. He seemed to be delirious.
