funny because this same jackals did this to me today in the fashion valley area. Cut me off when he thought I was in the wrong but he was clearly in the wrong!!! He needs his license revoked
As I entered the lot he appeared to be leaving the lot and drove right past me, headlights on. He appeared to return to the lot and park as I was leaving.
He Is sitting in the lot as I arrive. Lights on engine running. He is parking across from me several aisles over, but there are few cars in the lot.
