Sitting in a vehicle with lights on the motor running. Older lady pretending to apply make up, fluffing her hair, and checking her appearance( looking) in the read view mirror repeatedly. I was parked directly across from her. She left after I entered the building. Parking lot Gang Stalking (mocking) Granny.

The vehicle was parked in the lot when I arrived with lights on motor running. Female with head down slumped forward with head down. Was still there after I entered and exited the building. When I started to leave she started to leave. When I drove by her, next to her she decided not to leave. Parking Lot Organized Stalker.

Lights on motor running. Did not see the driver. Left the as soon as I exited my vehicle and walked toward the building entrance.
