Driver merged into left turn lane way early while traffic was still moving. If it is that backed up, it is not ok nor safe to do so if traffic is still moving, because drivers who merge when they are supposed to will hit you

funny because this same jackals did this to me today in the fashion valley area. Cut me off when he thought I was in the wrong but he was clearly in the wrong!!! He needs his license revoked

As I entered the lot he appeared to be leaving the lot and drove right past me, headlights on. He appeared to return to the lot and park as I was leaving.

He Is sitting in the lot as I arrive. Lights on engine running. He is parking across from me several aisles over, but there are few cars in the lot. Waits and watches as I exit my vehicle and enter the building. As a arrive at the door, I turn to look back and he leaves as I am ready to enter the door. Parking lot Stalker

An older man standing and staring from the building across the lot. He then walks to his car and stands next to it still staring. Gets in his vehicle, turns on the engine and lights, and continues to sit. He Is still there after I enter and exit the building. Parking lot Organized Stalker.
