The lady whining about how mean her grand ma is has been identified and caught by police as 22-year-old Riley Ann Sebach. She was supposed to stop at the scene of the crash involving the first car she hit on the highway.

Almost ran me over on crosswalk in Old Town Pasadena. Even speed up as approaching intersection.
