Terrible Driver, doesn't know what he is doing almost ran me over when crossing street then saw him presume to park illegal. Beware. Also has stupid skull and bone art work on his car.

This guy needs to be taken care of and should be deported out of the city of Glendale for basically acting like a terrorist. Very annoying and criminal behavior. This car has a muffler "system" that sounds like a machine gun backfiring. It's absurd. He has also changed the back color of his car to appear as a black car when the car is blue. Probably to avoid detetion. He is a nuisance to the community, a menace, and is disturbing the peace. He is also breaking the law and violating vehicle codes with this loud muffler system. This is a troubled individual as he "RACES" the car back and forth on Glenoaks which is mostly families, elderly, immigrants, refugees, churches, small shops, and people walking. 7HTU250 License Plate
