Grey Nissan Altima. Young female driver, college student?
Refused to zipper merge. Sped up and pulled alongside me even though her lane had ended. Tried to force me out of the lane while honking. Followed me off the freeway and honked some more.

He has trouble understanding that stop signs mean he must wait for through traffic to clear out before proceeding. He felt that I should have stopped also (not a 4 way stop). When I didn't, he went into another lane to swing his car at mine to force himself in front of me.

Driver is impatient and runs the red. He occasionally tailgates other vehicles around him. At busy streets, he does not follow the parking signs posted. He lives nearby SJPD. SJ cop tip: Make good commission if you follow this guy more often. 😆
