This young Caucasian girl, brownish/reddish hair driving a Honda Sport four door, looks like she's on crack, is trying her best to get someone to rear end her on the freeway. With no traffic, she will speed up at very high speed to cut newer cars off and then will suddenly slam on her breaks to a complete stop with no cars in front of her. I saw her doing this to a range rover which pulled to the shoulder, then again to another white SUV. This driver is dangerous!

Driver goes straight from left most left-only turn, almost hit someone. This is after new clearer signage went up after this intersection on H st off ramp off the 5 northbound in Chula Vista was on the news.

2014 Ford Focus (White)
Woman decided to turn right at an intersection while I had the right of way green light going straight.
Nearly rear ended her because of her negligence and no common sense.
