New truck with paper license plate. Extreme tailgater. Nearly slammed into another vehicle that was stopped at a red light. Intersection of Magnolia and Mays Ave by the 22 fwy.

Watch out for this lady. She comes out at 3am - 5am and throws rice along shops, trees, and street to feed the pigeon. I waited all night and caught her. When I confronted her she dropped her 5lb bag of rice. Our neighborhood has pigeons hanging around all day pooping everywhere. She drives out just to throw rice on the ground. Why not throw it in front of her own house. She claims she’s homeless but I doubt it. She’s an asian lady and claims she was sorry and won’t do it again. We’ll see

Why do people think its okay to park in the handicap space to use the ATM?
For example this pendejo does not have a handicap sticker on his license plate or placard on his mirror.
