Driver of this vehicle parks in designated handicapped parking without a disabled license plate or disabled placard, even though there were two open parking places directly to his left. When I pointed out that he was parked in a handicapped only parking spot he responded that he didn’t care. I really hope that someone recognizes this car and license plate and can put a name to it.
Driver turned right from the left turn lane! How is that not obvious that is a totally illegal maneuver??
