The lady whining about how mean her grand ma is has been identified and caught by police as 22-year-old Riley Ann Sebach. She was supposed to stop at the scene of the crash involving the first car she hit on the highway.

This same guy rear ended me and pushed me out in front of a freeway facing incoming traffic! after i was able to face the right direction and pull over I called the come and showed them my Go Pro attached to my windscreen. If you see this license plate 7JLS406 stay as far away as you can and don't let him behind you or at least close behind you, Stay Safe.
