Ran a stop sign and almost hit me, tailgated me in a residential neighborhood, illegally passed me then stopped his car to scream at me and spit on my car because I dared flip him off.

Followed my wife for 40 minutes, during which time tried to cut her off as she jumped out of her car (3 times). Psycho.

The car owner, was kind enough to tell me to close my trunk cause it was open while i was drivng at a parking lot. This person is nice. This happen yesterday at August 7 2018. At Union City Square
