Super aggressive reckless driver. Speeds, tailgates, sprays water. Seen multiple times on San Diego on 15. Going to get someone hurt. Called police on him before. I wouldn't be surprised if he was DUI

6/1/18 at 6:30am. On local streets, this driver of a black truck was speeding and almost ran through a red light. Once on the freeway, the truck tailgated to the extreme. Literally bumper to bumper with some cars.
